Palm oil
Palm oil is a type of vegetable oil extracted from the fruits of palm trees, especially African palm nuclei, and American palm nuclei, and some mix it with oil extracted from palm nuclei, a known oil for more than five thousand years, and called it many names, such as : Palm stearin, and palm trees.
It has a high percentage of beta-carotene and is used mainly for cooking purposes, especially in Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. It is a very useful oil because it contains many antioxidants , Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and calories.
Indonesia was the world’s first producer of palm oil, and Malaysia was able to overtake it. Nigeria, Colombia, Benin, Kenya and Ghana are the countries that followed. Palm oil is relatively inexpensive compared to other oils, which is why it is commonly used in popular restaurants and fast food.

The increase in the intake of palm oil leads to a lot of damage, including:
