Exercises to facilitate childbirth

- Walking, the best choice for pregnant women in the ninth month, because it helps to open the cervix, which facilitates the process of delivery, and in the last month can walk as a camp by raising the foot during walking.
- The climb and landing exercise should be done by using the chair or the edge of the bed, holding it by hand, and then landing and taking the position of squatting for several minutes as possible, then stand, preferably repeating this exercise in the second half of the ninth month daily.
- This exercise should be practiced because it is one of the most important exercises that must be performed during the birth, especially the moment of the fetus. The exercise should be practiced for ten seconds, then gradually increase until the time of birth.
