Negative energy in the body
Negative energy in the body is a major cause of sluggishness, lack of desire to do anything, and there are many reasons to feel it, such as the proliferation of thinking about the past, its failure and sadness, the lack of purpose and motivation for life, the continuation of negative routines, Self, pessimism, and the confinement of pessimistic pessimists, all of these causes worsen the situation and make the person lose the desire to live.

There are many ways to get rid of the negative energy in our bodies, including:

- Eat foods that stimulate relaxation, such as citrus, especially orange, grapefruit, lemon juice, and dark chocolate, which stimulate the production of the hormone happiness.
- Meet people who are optimistic, always smiling, have a sense of humor, accept life, and avoid passive, pessimistic, and persistent people who feel that life is useless.
- The practice of pleasing activities, hobbies that bring joy to the soul, make the day meaningful, and practice some of the joyful rituals in the spirit, such as observing the sunset, or sunrise, or observing the waves of the sea.
- Going out to nature accompanied by friends, taking the same deep of fresh air, watching the green trees, the net sky.
- The completion of the tasks on the first, and not to accumulate, and not delayed, because the organization is an important reason for stability, and a sense of optimism and joy.
- Exercise, especially walking, because walking stimulates the expulsion of negative charges from the body, helps to think positive and logical.
- Avoid thinking about problems and focus on trying to find appropriate solutions.
