How to breathe properly?

The human body is a very complex structure created by the Creator in a very precise system based on many complex, interrelated and harmonious biological processes, so that none of them overwhelm the other, each of the importance of the body, and the most prominent of these vital processes breathing, Breathing is one of the most important processes of the body to survive, because all the remaining vital processes that occur within the body depend on it, when the body can not breathe, it is impossible to survive.

In order for the breathing to be carried out properly and to the fullest, God created in the human body a complete and integrated device that is called the respiratory system. Breathing can be defined as the process of extracting oxygen from the external environment and inserting it into the body. The carbon dioxide that is released out of the body through this process, and the process of breathing is not only in the introduction of oxygen to the lungs and then remove the carbon dioxide out of the body, but oxygen absorbed from the process of breathing up to every cell and tissue within the body to take advantage of the fullest Face, Y is breathing through two operations, namely:

  • External breathing: In this process, oxygen is absorbed from the outside into the body through the process of inhalation, to be converted to carbon dioxide and then out of the body through exhalation.
  • Internal breathing: In which the oxygen in the blood reaches all the cells and tissues within the body so that it can oxidize the food inside it to produce the energy necessary for the body.

As mentioned above, the origin of breathing is the introduction of oxygen into the body, which is usually entered through the nose, and there are those who can not because of a nasal congestion or the presence of certain problems in the nose, so in this case the human mouth will use the breathing process , But the best way is to use the nose, because it has a lot of benefits to the respiratory system most notably:

  • The nose makes the air inside it moist before reaching the airways and lungs, unlike the mouth.
  • The nose works to purify the air through it for the presence of capillaries and mucous membranes, which act as air filters as they attach to all impurities in the air which makes it clean and clean before entering the body, unlike the mouth that enters the air as it is inside the body.
  • Breathing through the nose is an advantage not possessed by the mouth, as the air inside the nose is mixed with nitric oxide gas produced by the sinuses and respiratory tracts, and this gas to expand the blood vessels and increase the capacity of absorption and thus improve and stimulate blood circulation.
