Peeling the body
Body care requires full body peeling every two to three months. It has a role in eliminating the dead cells accumulated on the skin and eliminating dark spots that can distort the body’s appearance. The following are detailed steps for peeling the body, and some recipes that can be prepared home.
Natural peels for the body
Peeled banana and sugar
Ingredients:
- A mature banana with a brownish skin.
- Three tablespoons of sugar granules.
- One quarter tablespoon of vanilla.
Method of preparation and use:
- Mix the ingredients until they become sticky.
- Gently massage the body with the mixture, but do not add sugar if the mixture is peeling the face; the face is more sensitive to the skin than the body.
- Wash your body with lukewarm water, then wet.
Peeled chickpeas
Ingredients:
- A cup of ground chickpeas.
- Half a cup of yogurt.
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
- Points of lemon oil.
Method of preparation and use:
- Mix yogurt with turmeric, lemon oil, and chickpeas, until the mixture is coherent.
- Put the mixture on your body until it dries, then gently rub until you remove the mixture.
Steps of skin peeling
- The bath is suitable for peeling, closing the air outlets, filling the bathtub with very hot water, then take off your clothes so that your body is exposed to water vapor. The pores will open, and it is advisable to cover your hair with a plastic bag so that it does not hurt the water vapor.
- Pour in a little hot water, remove makeup from your face, then wash it with a mild cleaner, and wait 10 minutes.
- Take a shower in the bathtub for 10 minutes, and try to relax as much as possible.
- Start from the feet and then to the top of the body, to put the peeled on your skin, and then walk with circular movements with your fingertips to the inside and outside.
