Definition of sleep disorders
The problem of sleep disorders is a troublesome problem for individuals because it deprives them of a quiet, deep sleep, so that their sleep is slanted, they sleep a light sleep. Stages of sleep

The person may suffer from insomnia, or from excessive sleepiness during the day, snoring, fatigue, depression.
Treatment of sleep disorders
- Sleep by a certain date and wake up on certain dates.
- Treatment of chronic sleep disorders by treating psychological and medical disorders.
- Stay away from drinking caffeine, which increases the insomnia caused by sleep disorders.
- Relax before sleeping.
