What helps sleep

A person may have trouble sleeping, have insomnia, sleep disturbances, and may develop sporadically, and the body remains tired because it has not received the necessary rest, and has not grown well. There are many ways to help a person to sleep deeply, and insomnia and sleep disorders, either by habits he may do before bedtime, or to eat certain foods, or certain drinks, help him get a deep sleep.

1. Keep a regular sleep day, so that the body will have a certain time for sleep and a certain wake-up time, so organize your biological clock.

2. Set a specific date you go to sleep, every day.

3. Wake up every day at the same time, if you get enough sleep you will find yourself awakened naturally without an alarm.

4. Choose a time of day to take a nap, to make up for your lack of sleep, so you get a quiet sleep at night, provided you are not late in the day, and short.

5. Go to bed when you feel sleepy, and use your bed only to sleep.

6. Recite the supplications of sleep every night, and be careful to sleep on the light as did our master Muhammad peace be upon him, and grow on your right side.

7. Do not go to sleep and you are hungry.

8. Choose the comfortable bed and pillow for you, for a comfortable deep sleep.

9. Take a warm bath before going to sleep.

10. Minimize daily sleep, strain your body and mind, and go to sleep fairly early.

11. Exercise at the beginning of the day.

12. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks before sleeping for four or six hours.

1. Drinking herbal tea or green tea helps your body relax and get a better sleep.

2. Eating the cream (Montmartun Cherry) helps the body to sleep better.

3. Drinking a glass of milk before bedtime helps sleep better.

4. Eating bananas also helps fight insomnia, because it contains potassium and magnesium, and it is rich in carbohydrates.

5. Eating turkeys and sweet potatoes helps treat insomnia. Sweet potatoes contain carbohydrates and potassium, which helps relax the muscles in the body.
