Water evaporates and salt is retained in several ways. Many countries produce salt such as: China, the United States, as well as India, Germany and Mexico.
Types of salt
The body’s cells need salt to function properly, but in reasonable proportions without excessive salt intake, as this may cause a rise in blood pressure. There are two types of salt, namely:
- Sea salt: Consists of 95% sodium, the rest of different minerals such as: manganese, phosphorus, calcium, in addition to natural iodine.
- Refined salt: It is mainly composed of sodium and very little calcium or potassium iodine, in addition to the iodine that is added.

There are various uses of salt that can be used:

- Helps get rid of swelling of the eyes, when you make a solution of warm water and salt, and put it on the place of swelling.
