Diet to lose weight in a week

Day 1, 3, and 5
- Breakfast: Boiled egg, or a glass of orange juice, or a grain of grapefruit.

Tips to get rid of excess weight
- Regular exercise, especially abdominal and waist exercises, for at least 40 minutes three times a week.
- Avoid eating dinner before bed, but prefer to eat early, and at a time away from the period of sleep, as the body slows the process of burning calories in the evening, leading to accumulation of fat in different parts of the body.
- Body care and colon and bowel cleansing, especially when constipation and poor digestion resulting in weight gain.
- Stay away from factors that cause stress, stress and constant anxiety, which may cause unhealthy eating habits to cause weight gain.
- Eat healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits, as far as possible from high-calorie foods such as fuchsia and fried chips.
