Quinoa
Quinoa is a type of whole grain, such as rice, wheat, and some are thought to be some kind of seed, but whole seeds are somewhat similar to whole grains. Quinoa is often taken as a recipe for salad, or as a substitute for rice. Some use it as a high protein breakfast instead of oatmeal.

Components of quinoa:
- A cup of white quinoa.
- Cup water.

How to prepare:
