Laundry was a number of ways. It was an old one for women because of the lack of water in the houses, running water, and the lack of high quality laundry detergents. They used salt or soap, and the washing machine was not available – as is known. The washing machine became a living requirement in every home, including regular washing machines and automatic washing machines. There are many types of washing powders available in every place. So it is easy to wash clothes that do not hinder the housewife in the completion of her work, and there are important steps to be taken while washing clothes to clean and maintain bright colors.
Washing steps
- Separate colored clothes for white clothes, brightly colored garments and dark clothes before putting them in the washing machine.
- Separate the underwear for regular clothes, and you may prefer to wash the socks alone so that the last step in washing.
- Be sure to check the labels on the clothing to determine the temperature to allow washing clothes, and determine the wash cycles to be used and to know what suits the washing powder so as not to damage clothes.
- Remove stains before washing.
- Know the functions of your washing machine buttons and the way they are used.
- If the washing machine is of an automatic type, the washing powder is placed in its proper place, with a fragrance that is smelling so that the clothes get a pleasant smell when they are worn. The clothes are placed inside the washing machine for a certain period and then the clothes are removed dry but spread them and expose them to the sun.
- If the washing machine is of the normal type, put the water and the laundry powder inside it and put the white clothes first, and the washing machine until the expiry of the required time, and then wash the clothes with clean water to get rid of the washing powder, put the clothes in the dryer to dry, and then get rid of the water inside the washing machine. Add another clean water with washing powder and put the amount of new clothes, after the drying process of clothing, spread it under the sun to dry well.
- Make clothes that need ironing, and arrange them in the closet by placing them in their proper place.
