Hair gel
The following methods are recommended for removing ink using a hair clipper:
- Search for Hair Spray: Using a hair conditioner is an effective way to remove ink stains, as it contains alcohol that helps get rid of the ink stains.
- Unclear stain test: Before using a hair conditioner or any other cleaning method, it is recommended to try the detergent on a non-prominent stain, then wait for 30 seconds and note the effect on the cloth. The hair conditioner works effectively with polyester.
- Using Hair spray: Spray the stain with equal amounts of hair spray.
- Hair spray Survival: The hair spray should remain on the stain for a minute, preferably not leaving the installer for too long to break into the fabric.
- Clean the stain with a clean cloth: Start drying the stain using a clean white cloth or using a cotton ball, keeping rubbing until the ink is removed. If removed completely, wash the cloth as usual.
Alcohol
Bring a clean white towel, place the ink stain above it, taking care to test the effect of alcohol on the cloth by placing it on a non-prominent stain, then rubbing the stain using alcohol, note that the towel may become moist, and the color will change to the ink, Wash the cloth in the washing machine, dry the towel, and it is recommended to repeat the process until the ink is completely removed, and the alcohol smell is eliminated.
Acetone
Acetone helps to remove the ink from the cloth, where it is tested on an internal or hidden ink stain in the cloth, then washes in the washing machine, dried the towel, and eliminated the effects of acetone.
- Acetone does not affect any material made of plastic.
- It is advisable to wear gloves that are not affected by chemicals.
- Doors and windows must be opened and adequate ventilation should be ensured to avoid inhalation of excess vapors, as the Ventilation Mask is insufficient to prevent inhaled vapors.
- Do not use this method near flame or spark, because acetone is flammable.
Glycerin
Glycerin can be used by following these steps:
- Take a pure refill of glycerin fluid, where this liquid can be found from any pharmacy.
- Place the glycerin on the ink area, clean it with cotton, rub it gently on the stain, then cover it, and leave it dry.
- Bring a few drops of washing detergent, mix it with water in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture on the stain gently using cotton, until the foam is formed.
- Put the piece in the washing machine, use cold water to make sure the stain is removed completely, and it is advisable to repeat the operation if the stain remains.
