How honey works
Ingredients:
- Two kilograms of sugar, preferably be coarse.
- Four glasses of water.
- Three slices of sour lemon.
- Oudines of the right cinnamon.
- A teaspoon of ground grated.
- Half cup of cast water or can be replaced with rose water.
How to prepare:
- Place the sugar, water in a saucepan and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the muscat, the right cinnamon, in addition to the lemon slices and continue stirring.
- Leave the honey on low heat for twenty minutes or until the color turns brown, then add water to the cast and stir well.
- Leave the mixture on low heat for another five minutes, then remove the cinnamon and lemon slices from it.
- Remove the honey from the fire and set aside to cool, then put in a glass jar and insert it into the refrigerator until use.
Honey with orange
Ingredients:
- A glass of fresh orange juice.
- Two kilograms of coarse white sugar.
- For fresh, sliced lemon.
- Four glasses of mineral water.
- Cinnamon sticks (optional).
- A teaspoon of cast water (optional).
How to prepare:
- Place the sugar, water and orange juice in a saucepan and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved and turn brown.
- Add the cinnamon, lemon slices, water and stirring continue stirring, then leave the honey on low heat for twenty minutes or until it holds well.
- Remove the honey from the fire and put it to cool, then put in a glass jar, and close it tightly, and then enter it into the refrigerator until use.
Waffle with honey
Ingredients:
- Two cups of mixed white flour.
- A cup of liquid milk.
- Two large eggs separated from their whites.
- Five tablespoons soft melted butter.
- Two tablespoons of natural honey.
- A tablespoon of powdered powdered powder.
- Teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- Salt spray.
How to prepare:
- Place the egg white in a large bowl and whisk it well to get a homogeneous mixture, then leave it aside.
- Place cinnamon, salt, baking powder, melted butter, in addition to flour in another pot and mix.
- Place egg yolk, milk in another bowl, then add flour mixture and mix.
- Add the egg white mixture and continue mixing until the ingredients are homogenized, then leave the mixture aside.
- Warm the waffle machine well, then put the mixture in it and leave it for five minutes or until red.
- Place the waffle in a serving dish, decorate it with honey, and serve.
