Acidity of the stomach
Acid substances produced by the stomach break down proteins with the help of digestive enzymes. Hydrochloric acid is the most important. Due to certain reasons, these acids rise to the esophagus, which causes the feeling of burning. This is called gastric acidity. In most cases, there is weakness in the muscle between the esophagus The stomach, called the sphincter, causes food to return to the esophagus or the rise of stomach acids.
