Colic is the pain that afflicts us in the abdomen, the area that extends from the bottom of the chest to the end of the trunk, often because of the stomach constriction or spread.

  • Inflammation in the urinary tract.
  • Indigestion or intestinal acidity.
  • Bowel obstruction.
  • Hernia.
  • Total blockage.
  • Allergies against a particular type of food.
  • Eat spoiled foods or food poisoning or what is known as Salmonella.
  • pancreatitis.
  • Enlargement of blood vessels.
  • Foods containing spicy seasoning.
  • Drink water during eating.
  • Drink soft drinks.
  • Parasitic infections.
  • Swallowing air with eating speed.
  • Over-eating.
  • Food is lacking to balance.
  • Eat in case of fatigue or emotional stress.
  • Eat foods that are not digested well and leave behind the residues that brew like onions, beans and cabbage.
  • Eat some drinks containing yeast such as beer.
  • The frequent intake of milk and dairy products such as cheese and milk.
  • Eat foods high in fiber such as cereals and vegetables.
