Shea Butter

  • Put the shea butter on the cheeks.
  • Massage the face with circular movements for 10 minutes.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash the face with water and repeat the process many times a week.
Note: You can mix one cup of Shea butter with three quarters of a cup of sugar, put it in the fridge, then put on the face and massage it in circular movements for 5 minutes, and washed with lukewarm water, and used this recipe daily before bathing.

Apple

Apple contains antioxidants, and nutrients useful for the skin, helps to prevent wrinkles and tissue damage, and keep the skin smooth and full,
Half the apple is mixed in the blender, placed on the face, the face is massage for 5 minutes with circular movements, left for 15 to 20 minutes, washed with warm water, repeated once a day, apples can also be taken.

the milk

The milk is moisturized and made to look full. The face is treated with cold milk for 5 minutes, left on the face for another 5 minutes, then washed with warm water. The process can be repeated once a day, and low-fat milk can be drunk daily.

Honey

Honey contains antioxidants, works to detoxify, moisturize the skin, keep it healthy, and can be used by the following steps:

  • Place a teaspoon of honey with papaya pieces in the blender.
  • Place the mixture on the face for 10 minutes.
  • Wash the face with warm water.
  • Place mixture every morning.
Note: You can mix a tablespoon of honey with a glass of warm water and drink it once a day.

Aloe vera is one of the best elements that can help eliminate flaccid cheeks and reduce skin inflammation. It contains antioxidants that protect the skin from damage and stimulate the production of collagen, which softens the skin to look smaller. Aloe vera gel can be used to massage the face for 10 minutes , Leave it for another 10 minutes, wash it with lukewarm water, repeat the process twice daily, and also make juice from two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, and drink it every morning.

Rose water

A combination of rosewater and glycerin can be made in equal amounts, and used daily before bedtime. Glycerin keeps the skin moist and refreshes skin cells. Rose water soothes and cleanses the skin and moisturizes the dry skin to look healthy and clean.
